PRIMARY PROVINCIAL ROUTE SIGNS

Current style of Alberta primary provincial route markers. (Collection of Andrew Osborne)

Older style Alberta route marker. This wooden sign was used in the 1960's - 70's. Unfortunately, the wheat field in the crest has faded from yellow to tan (My collection).

Old embossed Alberta marker on Ebay awhile back. This black on yellow sign was used in the 1930's - early 50's (Collection of Roger Reid).

SECONDARY ROUTE SIGNS

Current secondary route marker. The wild rose on the top of the sign is a decal. Alberta is the self-proclaimed "Wild Rose Country" (Collection of Andrew Osborne).

Seconary route marker without the rose decal. (Photo by Joe Koehler)
